Tax Newsletter 2016/18 - Tax package approved
On 22 November, the Parliament approved the 2017 Tax Package. In comparison with our last newsletter on the 2017 changes, no significant modifications were added, but solely minor clarifications.
In light of these, the major amendments, such as the introduction of ePIT and the new corporate income tax allowances, are still included in the 2017 Tax Package in an unaltered state.
In our present newsletter, we present the most substantial amendments in light of the final approved Tax Package.
