The draft bill amending the Act on Advertising Tax has been published on the website of the Ministry for National Economy (www.kormany.hu) on 5 May 2015.
The amendment aims to close the investigations commenced by the European Commission around the Hungarian advertising tax scheme and to avoid potential legal disputes in connection with the contested provisions.
