Advertising tax: all companies are affected? According to the Advertising Tax Act published on 15 July 2014, the due date for the first top-up and payment of the advances is 21 August.
As a result of the adopted modifications, this date does not only affect media companies, since the current version of the Act is an administrative drag practically for all companies with residence in Hungary. Therefore – bearing in mind that the current legislation raises several questions of interpretation –, preparation should be started in due time.
