In our 5th Tax Newsletter we would like to call attention that local taxation regulations have been modified as part of the 2012 tax package.
Accordingly, in January 2013 the Hungarian State Treasury has built up a database which contains the tax rates and tax allowances applied by particular local municipalities. In the present newsletter, we investigate why the database is useful to the taxpayers, what and how can be found in it and what – if any – is missing so far.
