The tax package approved at the end of last year, introduced several changes related to the Act LXXXV of 2011 on environmental protection product charge.
Furthermore, the modification of the Executive Decree 2011/343 on the execution of the Act mentioned above was also published. These changes with the experiences of investigations and legal interpretations from the recent period are summerized in our current newsletter.
