In the second half of December 2012, the accounting, the liquidation and the book-keeping of dissolution of some specific companies (eg. insurance and financial institutions) have been modified.
You can read below a brief summary of the provisions that are likely to interest public. The changes come into force in 2013, but they can be used in the annual report of 2012.
