Baranyai Denes Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

Dénes Baranyai started his professional career in the tax and legal department of Mazars' Budapest office in 2011, where he currently works as a senior transfer pricing manager. Dénes is a certified tax consultant, certified international tax expert and certified legal expert, and is also an instructor of Penta Unió's certified tax expert course.
His tasks include the provision of complex advice on transfer pricing, advice on the pricing of connected transactions, coordination of transfer price documentation and comparative analyses. His main areas of expertise include consulting and benchmarking studies related to non-financial transactions, as well as consulting and assisting in compliance tasks related to the Country-by-Country Report.
