The provision of accounting and bookkeeping services
The outsourcing of processes has become an efficiency-related and even a strategic goal. Outsourcing non-core processes such as accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, and reporting processes to an external service provider can result in significant cost savings and reduced risk even for a well-functioning company, all the while maintaining control.
Mazars provides its clients with a wider range of services while guaranteeing predefined service levels. Our experts in the Accounting & Outsourcing Services (AOS) department have extensive experience in both Hungarian taxation and accounting according to local and international standards (IFRS). Many of our senior-level colleagues are also tax advisors in addition to being chartered accountants.
We currently provide outsourced services for more than 100 companies. Many of these clients are large and have a complex system of requirements, for which we provide a full range of accounting and taxation services, ranging from data recording to performing tasks related to monthly closings, taxation, and even consolidation. For a number of our clients, the performance of certain accounting and/or financial partial tasks constitutes the basis of the service provided, in close cooperation with the areas responsible for the internal processes of these companies. Mainly for our larger, publicly listed clients, our service is provided via the company group’s own accounting and administrative system (various ERPs), pursuant to the internal policies of the company. In all other cases, Mazars provides these services using the Microsoft Dynamics AXAPTA integrated ERP system.
For our accounting and bookkeeping services, we provide a client portal solution with high data security. We send and receive documents in electronic form, which supports the provision of a faster (and competitively priced) service through automation, as well as environmentally conscious operations.
Our services feature continuous internal IT supervision. Our clients also receive (read-only) access to the software we use, which allowed them to follow the status of their processes.
