The 'late' autumn tax package is in front of Parliament

As of 1 January 2022, the minimum wage will be increased to HUF 200,000 and the guaranteed wage minimum to HUF 260,000. A 2.5% percentage points decrease in the social contribution and the elimination of the 1.5% vocational training contribution as of January 1, would support raising funds for the increased wages from next year. This would result the reduction of the employer’s burdens from the current 17% to 13%.
