Deadline of corporate income tax – extended or not
On 17 May, NAV issued a notice stating that sanctions could be avoided in certain cases if the corporate tax return was submitted late.
However, caution does not hurt in this regard, as - although many believe - the postponement until 30 June is not automatic and does not cover all cases! In this newsletter, we briefly summarize the facilitations for late submission of returns.
