Tax Newsletter 2013/20- Tax changes 2014/2.
On 18 November 2013, the Parliament approved the 2014 tax amendments. Since the publication of our previous tax newsletter, the Tax Proposal has been extended by numerous complementary elements and amendment proposals.
Along with these, we can note, that the new tax laws to be announced shortly do not result in structural innovations, the modifications are basically intended to clarify and refine the former regulations. The most important details are summarized in our present newsletter.
