The moratorium on environmental product charge was abolished as of 1st July 2012. The obligations based on the new Environmental Product Charge Act which entered into force at the beginning of 2012 are being controlled now. Until July, the authorities had only warned of deficiencies, but now they occasionally levy a siginificant amount of fines even due to a flyer or a bag with logo.
