In this newsletter you can read about the food supply chain supervision fee and we briefly summerize the relevant regulations.
As of January 1, 2012, certain participants of the food indusrty are subject to food supply chain supervision fee. The personal scope of taxpayers covers almost all the participants of the food industry, only small farmers are exempt from the fee. The taxpayers are required to fulfill thier reporting obligations until May 31, 2012. In our newsletter, we summerize the relevant regulations.
