Mazars Hungary Tax Newsletter No. 19/2012

The Hungarian Parliament approved the proposal introducing two new taxes that aim at the easement of small businesses' operations, providing alternatives for the simplified entrepreneurial tax ("eva") and simplified contribution to public revenues ("ekho") and the whitening of economy. As a result of a proposal, that has been modified at several points before voting, the eligible taxpayers can choose flat tax of small enterprises and small business' tax as of 2013.
