Tax Newsletter 2015/2- EKÁER- new deadline
According to the official communication published on the Hungarian Government’s website, the EKÁER trial period has been extended till 1 March 2015.
As reported earlier in our newsletter (link), the new prescriptions of EKÁER system entered into force as of 1 January 2015. The possible default penalty in respect of the EKÁER system may reach a maximum of 40% of the product value.
