JUST PUBLISHED! New regulation on transactions performed in the frame of periodic settlement HAS BEEN DELAYED.
In the Thursday issue of the Hungarian Official Journal Publisher, Act XXV of 2014 on The Modification of Certain Tax Acts and Other Related Acts was published following the approval by the Hungarian Parliament on 23 June. Accordingly, the performance date of transactions taking place in the frame of deferred terms defined in paragraph 58 of Act on VAT will enter into force later than previously expected.
