New regulations on transactions performed in the frame of periodic settlement is expected to postpone- effective only as of 2015!
According to the modification submitted to the Hungarian Parliament yesterday, expectedly, new regulations concerning the compliance date of transactions performed in the frame of deferred terms shall not enter into force until 2015.
In relation to the modifications, we provide an overview of the main differences between the currently effective regulations and the proposed regulations effective as of 1 January 2015 in our newsletter.
