In September 2014, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development („OECD”) and the G20 group published the first results of their first common work as part of an action plan, which addresses the suppression of tax evasion by multinational corporate groups.
As we reported in our previous newsletters (here and here), OECD announced a 15 point action plain as a response to the worrisome volume of tax evasion, which could be reached by multinational organizations as a result of the specifics of national regulations and international treaties.
